How to route your request

Use the contact form for onboarding questions, billing help, trust documentation, security reviews, and product support. If you are reporting a live issue, include the affected route, approximate time, and whether the issue is blocking an active exercise.

  • Support: login issues, room access, report delivery, export problems.
  • Sales: plan fit, rollout timing, procurement steps, security questionnaires.
  • Security: responsible disclosure, trust-center follow-up, vendor review requests.

Security disclosure and procurement

For potential vulnerabilities, include affected endpoint, proof-of-concept details, and potential impact. For enterprise procurement, include contract timeline and security questionnaire requirements. Additional details are on our Security and Privacy pages.

If you need a security package, indicate whether you are looking for subprocessor details, architecture notes, AI-provider posture, or questionnaire support so we can prepare the right materials before we reply.

Support and response targets

We prioritize incidents that block exercise execution, report access, or authentication. For high-severity outages, provide impacted user count, start time, and any mitigation steps taken.

  • Blocking issues: include screenshots, timestamps, and the exact route that failed.
  • Procurement requests: include target go-live date, contract owner, and required review steps.
  • Follow-up materials: tell us whether you need pricing detail, trust documentation, or implementation guidance.
